Sarah Geronimo is the latest endorser of the local residential condominium developer, SMDC.

"In addition to Anne Curtis we welcome Sarah Geronimo as our new endorser, now we have two of the Philippines' top celebrity endorsers!," reads a tweet from the official Twitter account of SMDC.

According to SMDC, the Popstar Princess has the "girl-next-door" appeal which can help them attract the mass market to their new projects.

Geronimo will not replace Curtis, who will still be the group's face for its mid and high-end condominium properties.

SMDC will be launching a new campaign featuring its new brand ambassador after the elections next month.

Sarah Geronimo is really on top of her game right now. She definitely can help the group achieve its goals.
