According to SMDC, the Popstar Princess has the "girl-next-door" appeal which can help them attract the mass market to their new projects.
Geronimo will not replace Curtis, who will still be the group's face for its mid and high-end condominium properties.
SMDC will be launching a new campaign featuring its new brand ambassador after the elections next month.
