Suspension of classes on July 3, 2013 has been announced by the following local government units due to inclement weather.

Pakil and Pangil, Laguna - "Pakil & Pangil towns in Laguna suspend classes from elementary to HS, public & private due to bad weather. #WalangPasok via @sunstaronline" - DepEd

At 11:25 am today, July 3, PAGASA issued a thunderstorm warning over ‎Bataan, ‎Pampanga, NuevaEcija, portions of ‎Metro Manila, ‎Bulacan, ‎Rizal, ‎Quezon, ‎Laguna, ‎Cavite and ‎Zambales.

 "All are advised to take precautionary measures against heavy rains, strong winds, lightning and possible flashfloods. Keep monitoring for updates," the state weather bureau said.

Suspension of Classes June 14, 2013

Suspension of classes has been announced in the following schools and universities due to flooding and inclement weather:

University of Santo Tomas: "Classes in the high school, college, post-graduate levels and office work will remain suspended tomorrow, Friday, June 14, 2013, in order to allow stranded Thomasians to go home for clean-up of affected buildings; and considering a forecast of afternoon rains." --Office of the Secretary General

Other than UST, no other schools have released an advisory regarding cancellation of Friday classes, as of 6:30am.
